We had a standard double room with comfy bed and a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and television. Everything seemed perfect, clean. It had central location close to The West End.

The location and surroundings are very safe. On the next side of the road is the stop for the Hop on hop off bus at the Best Western Hotel. This is the 2nd stay in this hotel

We were very satisfied with our room; very comfortable beds and spacious. The location of the hotel is great, everything is within walking distance and there are many good cafés and restaurants nearby. I would choose the hotel again.

Excelent localization for people interested in tourism of Vancouver city. Close of restaurants, tourist bus, night clubs, airport transfer and everything that a tourist need.

My stay was quiet, mt bed was super comfortable and pillow choices were great! Nice that my window opened as I need fresh air at night. I enjoyed it a lot.

Comfortable beds, nice linens! Location is great, kids under 12 eat free, and restaurant staff is super. I registered beforehand for a priority club membership (free), and got a free late checkout upon request.
I wish I had known about the pool! It's deep throughout, no shallow end. With younger kids, it's a problem! However, they do have lifevests at the front desk if you ask, and some floating toys which were fun.
