The restaurant had great prices with friendly staff and tasty food. We both enjoyed our hot dishes. Our room had a separate bright bedroom with a clean private bathroom. The pool was also very clean. The staff were super friendly and everything was good.

The hotel staff are nice. The room is quiet and well-appointed, with a great comfy bed and a dresser. The breakfast is plentiful and very very good. The location is incredible, right by the aqua bus stop on Hornby, stores, restaurants, bars/breweries, and the center of the city.

Would definitely recommend as we enjoyed it.

This hotel was comfortable. I booked a neat room overlooking the city. The property was in a central setting in back alley. Plus, it was right by Yaletown restaurants and downtown shopping as well as downtown, seawall, Chinatown and down the street from the Granville Island water taxi.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to taxis, downtown Vancouver, and the train station for direct airport service. We had a great time having dinner and drinks at Sidecar Kitchen & Bar nearby.

The location it offers is favourable, just next door to city sights of Vancouver, and other tourist spots.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was well-maintained, and the view of the mountains was amazing. The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location in Vancouver, close to bars, restaurants, and the Granville Island ferry.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, close to Granville Street and within walking distance to the pier. I could easily explore different areas of the city without any hassle. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The hotel facilities were great, with useful amenities like a microwave and fridge, which were handy when I was on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel's transportation links were convenient, with buses stopping nearby, and I even caught a FastShuttle outside to and from Bellingham. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The king room had all the essentials like an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The bathroom with a tub was super awesome. The central location is great, and they are happy to recommend nearby places. Downtown Vancouver is definitely worth a visit.

The Holiday Inn Vancouver Downtown & Suites provided a comfortable room with a great location near the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the best we had during our World Cup trip. As tourists, we appreciated the convenience of being able to easily walk to the city center.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for a couple of weeks while attending appointments at St. Paul's Hospital. Donna at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and well-equipped. Parking was convenient, allowing us to leave our car for an extended period. They even found and are holding my forgotten curling iron. We plan to return for another night soon.
